It’s 12:45 In The Middle of a December Night, And It’s Cold and Lonely Outside

I just got up in the night and couldn’t help but think how cold and lonely I would be if I were on the streets tonight.  You know… Christmas season, 45F, and no one to care?  Yeah.

Sure would be a different story if every church in town (Lubbock, Texas) opened the doors and offered shelter to “the least of these brothers” – Jesus himself.

Think about it.

I think about that every day.. And especially when I go out to my garage to get something out of the deep freezer, that’s even cold.. And there’s no wind or other elements.. That is where my heart has always been.. The homeless people, the lonely people. Those who cannot do for themselves or have nothing. I pray that one day I’ll be Blessed enough to Bless the homeless. Amen. Thank You Lord for all of my Blessings. Roof over my head, food on the table, clothes on my back, a family who loves me children, husband, etc. Car to drive. All You have Blessed me with and all that you are about to Bless me with, and especially for keeping me close God. I love you so much!
Blessings multiplied to everyone. And I pray for peace to be upon the earth. Amen
